Niagara Falls!

While in New York my friend Devi and I had the awesome idea to take a road trip to Niagara Falls! the plan was for Devi, who lives in Rhode Island, to come get Dizzle and myself in Brooklyn and I pay for the gas since we were driving her car. Well Devi met us at Dizzle’s house after we got back from the Daily Show and we all got food and called it a night. We all woke up around 7am and began our drive through Pennsylvania and got a speeding ticket somewhere around upstate New York, but we were still stoked about our road trip. I think we got there around 2:30 and walked around the the falls and went up to the observation deck and took some pictures,talked about how awesome it was and walked around the rest of the park. After walking around in the freezing cold for a while we all got hungry and to cold and left to get food.

We found a pretty cool vegan place about 30 minutes away called Amy’s Place, all the ratings on yelp said it was awesome. It was pretty good, I had mac and cheese and chili, but anyway we all ate and then headed back to Niagara Falls.

At night the Niagara Falls park cuts off all the lights and shines multi color lights on the falls and its absolutely gorgeous.(shades of blues, reds and purples.) We walked around for a little bit, took some more pictures and promptly left because of the freezing temperature and headed back to Brooklyn. Before getting on the highway we decided to stop at a gas station and get a few energy drinks and a lot of candy to stay awake for the seven hour drive. It was my turn to drive so I turned on the loudest,most annoying music Devi had, which was Dubstep. So then I started the drive home blasting dupstep remixes of pop songs and we all had a great time! Niagara Falls is beautiful and everyone should go.
