NYC part 2
Woke up in Sams fort on Saturday..(Yep, She has a fort in her house…) well rested and ready to have fun. Christian, DJ and I hungout and walked around Brooklyn till around 5 when we met Sam at her work so we could all go to the concert at 6. We took a cab to Long Island and made it inside to see the awesomeness that what about to ensue,I mean what a line-up Manchester Orch,Kevine Devine, Thrice, Glassjaw and BrandNew…But since we all bought our tickets at different times noone was seated anywhere close to anyone else, so we spent quite some time shuffling around so we could all sit next to one another. After many failed attempts of switching seats I was getting a little inpatient so I just went and sat in my own seat by myself right before Brand New came on. Lucky I didn’t have to sit by myself after all, Sam made her way over and took the seat next to mine and shortly after the boys followed. As for Brand New, they were absolutely incredible. Their set list was unbelievable, songs from every single album, ending with the best version of Seventy times seven I’ve ever heard! This was the fifth time I had seen them live and it was just as astonishing as the first..They will never disappoint me..
